Refund Policy

All entry purchases made on 540Giveaways are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that entries into any giveaway cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred once the transaction is processed.

Billing Errors If you believe you have been charged in error or have experienced a duplicate charge, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at tyeshopbusiness@gmail.com. Verified billing errors will be refunded promptly.

Giveaway Cancellation In the rare event that a giveaway is cancelled by 540Giveaways prior to the draw, all entry purchases for that giveaway will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days.

Prize Substitution If a prize becomes unavailable, 540Giveaways reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.
