Welcome to 540Giveaways. By accessing our website and participating in any giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before entering.
1. Eligibility Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of 540Giveaways and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is void in states where prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is legal in your jurisdiction. Residents of states that require registration or bonding for sweepstakes prizes (including New York and Florida for prizes over $5,000) should verify eligibility before entering.
2. How to Enter Entries are purchased through our website at 540giveaways.com. The number of entries is limited per person per giveaway as stated on each giveaway listing. Purchasing entries does not guarantee winning. No purchase is necessary to enter — see our free entry method described on each giveaway page.
3. Draw Process Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries at the close of each giveaway. The draw date is specified on each giveaway listing. The draw will be conducted fairly and results are final.
4. Winner Notification & Prize Claim Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner may be selected.
5. Prizes Prizes are as described on each giveaway listing. 540Giveaways reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Disqualification 540Giveaways reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: uses fraudulent means to obtain entries, creates multiple accounts, provides false information, or violates these Terms of Service in any way. All decisions made by 540Giveaways are final.
7. Limitation of Liability 540Giveaways is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures that may affect entry into a giveaway. Participation is at the entrant's own risk.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. By participating, you agree that any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law. 540Giveaways makes no representation that giveaways are appropriate or available in all locations. Participation is void where prohibited.
9. Privacy By entering, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your personal information.
10. Changes to These Terms 540Giveaways reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
